Bespoke work:
Together we go through a unique process of giving voice to the story of carefully selected timber.
Only a handful of bespoke commissions are created each year, which allows time to produce work that is truly extraordinary and deeply meaningful.

A bespoke piece of work is an investment and a collaboration, the details of how a commission pans out are included below.
INVESTMENT
Design fees are based on the size and complexity of the commission & may vary dependent on requirements.
For commissions under £3000 the full amount will be charged for upfront.

10% - Design fee for initial proposal & bespoke sample pack
40% - Non refundable deposit to commence production
50% - On completion of commission & delivery

DELIVERY
Delivering your commission with care is of utmost importance, I offer a white glove service & the cost of delivery is included in the final quote.
For international deliveries - we will utilise reputable freight & logistics companies to ensure safe carriage of your commission.

STAGE 2
You're excited to move forward and want to bring your ideas to life.
STAGE 3
Material selection and presentation of the complete design & final quote.​​
STAGE 4
Your commission is going into production.​
Share your ideas and desires about materials, styles, textures, hardware & finishes, as well as the space you envision the piece to reside in - this will help guide the design.
(There is no charge for an initial consultation and no obligation to move onto stage 2 of the process. )
You'll receive a document outlining material costs, timeframes, potential site visits and the first iterations of your commission with the view to present a complete design, final quote and delivery timeline.

At this stage the studio will require 10% of the proposed total as a design fee.
You'll be sent a bespoke sample pack to finalise your choices. The final completed design & delivery timeline will follow shortly.

Upon signing off on the design 40% of the total cost is required to begin making your commission.
Depending on the nature & technicality of the commission we like to allow at least 12 weeks for the production from payment of the deposit.
​
The remaining 50% is due on completion & delivery of the commission will be confirmed.​
The specific details of how to care for your commission will be presented in a bespoke aftercare package upon completion of sale & delivery.
For repairs or re-finishing to existing commissions a quotation can easily be arranged.
